Bulletin 132 Management of the California State Water Project

Bulletin 132, Management of the California State Water Project, is an annual series reporting SWP water supply planning, construction, finance, management, and operations.

B132 presents significant events and issues that affected SWP management and operations for each calendar year. It also discusses water supply and delivery, Delta resources and environmental issues, local assistance programs, power resources, recreation, and SWP financial analysis. Appendix B presents data and computations used to determine the SWP water contractor Statements of Charges.

Bulletin 132 Appendix B, Data and Computations Used to Determine Water Charges

Appendix B is an annual publication presenting data used to document the computation and redetermination of charges to be paid by contractors during the forthcoming calendar year. Appendix B is released as a standalone document and later included with the Bulletin 132 edition for the subject year.

Appendix B to Bulletin 132-23 (9 MB) This report covers calendar year 2024.

Appendix B to Bulletin 132-22 (8 MB). This report covers calendar year 2023.

Appendix B to Bulletin 132-21 (8 MB). This report covers calendar year 2022.

Appendix B to Bulletin 132-20 (8 MB). This report covers calendar year 2021.

Bulletin 132 Appendix D, Costs of Recreation and Fish and Wildlife Enhancement

Appendix D, was published annually from 1969 through 2001 under Water Code Section 11912, which directed DWR to annually report to the legislature on the costs allocated to recreation and fish and wildlife enhancement for each SWP facility. DWR was also required to submit these cost allocations to the State departments of Boating and Waterways, Parks and Recreation, and Fish and Game for written comments.

In October 2001, SB 1191 amended Section 11912 so that DWR was no longer required to prepare this report. Since then, cost allocation data related to recreation and fish and wildlife have been reported in B132 Chapter 13, beginning with B 132-02.

Bulletin 132 Appendix E, Water Operations in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta

Appendix E was an annual publication documenting SWP operations in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, Delta water quality, and significant Delta events. It also reviewed SWP Delta operations performance. Appendix E has been discontinued and much of the information it contained is presented in Bulletin 132. Reports for 1999 through 2003 are available in PDF format on request.
