Engineers and planners from cities, counties, and special districts are encouraged to attend the workshop. It will include a discussion of procedural criteria presented in Version 4 of the Interim Levee Design Criteria for Urban and Urbanizing Areas in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Valley (ILDC) , although the focus will be on engineering criteria.
