Bond Management System (BMS)
DWR's new Bond Management System is intended to be an enterprise-wide, user-friendly, and intuitive web based tool to manage bond programs and project data. BMS will be used by both Grant applicants and DWR to more effectively post, process, and manage grant applications.
Provided below is the link to the BMS website. DWR will post BMS supporting documentation including fact sheets and a user guide in the near future.
