| 2005 Proposed Revenue Requirement The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) proposes to determine a just and reasonable revenue requirement for 2005 that together with any moneys on deposit in the Electric Power Fund, is sufficient to provide the amounts necessary to pay obligations authorized by Division 27 of the Water Code (commencing at Section 80000).
