A - If you are not already a certified small business or disabled veteran-owned business and you do not know the certification requirements, the Office of Small Business and DVBE Services OSDS) will assist you in your effort to become certified. OSDS certification staff will provide Std. 812 (DVBE) and Std. 813 (SB) application forms and information. The application forms for both programs have been streamlined to make the process more efficient. However, due to the large volume of applications received from SB and DVBE contractors, certification may take up to six weeks. Contractors may request an expedite review when they are trying to meet an immediate solicitation submission date.

Q - Whom do I contact to assist me when I have an issue or question about a specific program?
